Yin-Yang Yoga: a practice of balance

Yang yoga, which is what most of us know as Yoga, is practiced to strengthen and open muscles and increase the vibrancy of the body.

Yin Yoga, which is an essential practice for quieting our mind and opening the deeper tissues in the body, is practiced to increase flexibility and balance our energy body.

Michelle draws on her training and teaching experience in the Yang styles of Hatha Vinyasa and the Atmavikasa yoga therapy system with Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Buddhist meditation to offer you an experience with depth, relevance and the potential to move you deeper into your own truths.
